The Femme Collective

By purchasing a ticket to The Femme Collective, you agree to the following terms:

🎟 Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are strictly non-refundable.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event date stated at the time of purchase.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another Femme Collective date or future event.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You must notify us in writing with the new attendee’s full name and contact details at least 72 hours before the event.

📅 Event Date & Entry

Your ticket grants entry to The Femme Collective on the specified event date and location only. Entry may be refused without a valid ticket confirmation.

❗ Event Changes & Cancellation

In the unlikely event that The Femme Collective must be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to venue issues, severe weather, illness, or force majeure):

  • Tickets will be transferred to the new rescheduled date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund.

📸 Photography & Filming

Photography and video content will be captured throughout the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to being included in event imagery and video content used across social media, website and future promotional materials.

If you would prefer not to appear in any content, you must notify us on arrival.

🥐 Food & Dietary Requirements

Where food is included:

  • Dietary requirements must be submitted at the time of booking.

  • While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

💻 Data & Communication

Your contact details will be used to provide essential event updates and follow-up communication.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
If you opt in to the Femme Collective Directory, your details will be shared only with fellow attendees.

⚖ Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, illness, travel disruption or change in personal circumstances.

✨ Attendee Conduct

The Femme Collective is a supportive and welcoming space. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose behaviour disrupts the event or impacts the experience of others.
