The Femme Collective

By purchasing a ticket to The Femme Collective, you agree to the following terms:

🎟 Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person. Please notify us by email with the new attendee’s name at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Tickets are valid only for The Femme Collective on Friday 6th March 2026, held at Moreton House, Bideford, from 9:00am–3:00pm.

🎫 Ticket Types & Inclusions

There are three ticket tiers available:

The Connection ticket includes:

  • Access to all guest speakers (3 speakers)

  • Entry to The Femme Collective Lounge

  • Breakfast and lunch

The Social Clarity ticket includes:

  • Everything in the Basic Ticket

  • A professional social media audit

The Full Experience ticket includes:

  • Everything in the Basic Ticket

  • Professional hair and makeup

  • A headshot photography session

Ticket inclusions are not interchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

🌿 Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

In rare cases, the event may need to be postponed or adjusted due to circumstances outside of our control (for example severe weather, venue issues, illness, or other unforeseen events). In these situations, we will always communicate updates as soon as possible and your ticket will be transferred to a new date.

❗ Event Changes, Cancellation or Postponement

  • In the unlikely event the event must be cancelled or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • All ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at checkout.

📸 Photography, Headshots & Content Usage

  • Photography and video will be captured throughout the day, including behind-the-scenes content.

  • By attending, you consent to appearing in promotional imagery used for marketing The Femme Collective and future events.

  • Headshots taken during the event may also be used for event marketing unless you request otherwise.

  • If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let us know on arrival.

🧖‍♀️ The Femme Collective Lounge & Suppliers

The lounge will feature a selection of independent suppliers offering mini experiences and showcasing their services (such as skin consultations, colour analysis, massage, reiki, portraits and more).

Please note:

  • These offerings are provided as part of the event experience and may vary slightly.

  • Any further services booked directly with suppliers are the responsibility of the attendee and the supplier.

🥐 Food & Dietary Requirements

Breakfast and lunch are included in your ticket.

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.

  • While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

💻 Communication & Data

  • Your email will be used to send important event updates, schedules and follow-up information.

  • We will never sell your personal data or share it with external third parties.

  • If you choose to opt in, your name and business contact details will be included in the optional Femme Collective Directory, shared only with other attendees for networking purposes.

  • You can request removal from the directory at any time.

✨ Attendee Conduct

The Femme Collective is a supportive and welcoming space. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose behaviour disrupts the event or impacts the experience of others.
